Ok today, I spread my veggies out more evenly and added a cup of broccoli. I'm still trying to understand the rules (I know they should seem simple), but I have a couple of questions. Are fried pork skins ok to eat during induction? Also, if I'm supposed to have 3 cups of carbs from cat A or 2 cups from cat A and 1 cup from cat B, how do I get that to add up to 20 carbs? I'm a little confused. Thanks for everyone's advice. I really appreciate it.
I started using fit day again, and I think over all I'm doing pretty good with my percentages, I just need to consume more food. My BMR is 2070.75. Guess I need to grab an egg. thoughts?
